Description
I took my dad for a trip down to Bella Coola for his first time. We had some tours booked and on the first morning, we saw a bear sow with two cubs. As we were drifting down the river, they emerged from the trees, our guide had put the weights out and we all sat in silence, watching them walk around in the grass and eventually make their way into the river to find some salmon to eat. This little one found some salmon along the edge of the river and wouldn't leave it. It's mom and sibling had moved on, but this one was more focused on eating the salmon, until the others were out of site, then it ran and caught up to them. What a moment!
